At the same time Rajasthan, playing the first match in their home after losing toss, did not start well and the team looked to openers Darcy Short for a run-out in the second match. They just scored 6 runs.

After this, Ben Stokes, who came in to bat, could not do anything special and scored 16 runs. But after losing the opening wicket, captain Ajinkya Rahane, batting on the sidelines, led the team's score with Sanju Samson. But the team lost the wicket of Sanju on the score of 90 runs in an attempt to bat in a scathing batting. Sanju has scored 37 runs in just 22 balls with a superb innings.

The most successful bowler from Delhi is Shahbah Nadeem. Nadeem took 2 wickets in 34 balls with four wickets in four overs. Apart from Nadeem, Trent Bolt and Shami got one wicket each.
