MIvCSK: Rohit Sharma and bowlers given to IPL in IPL 11

Having lost 5 out of the first six encounters, the Mumbai team, which is in trouble, has got a new life. Captain Rohit Sharma (56 not out) and Mumbai's second win of the IPL season 11 have been the best of the bowlers.

New Delhi / Pune: After losing 5 out of the first 6 matches, the Mumbai team, which is in trouble, has got a new life. Captain Rohit Sharma (56 not out) and Mumbai's second win of the IPL season 11 have been the best of the bowlers.

Chennai had challenged 170 runs in front of Mumbai in the match played at the MCA Stadium, which Mumbai won by two wickets while remaining two wickets. This is the second win in seven matches of Mumbai. 

Suresh Raina scored an unbeaten 75 not out for Chennai, but Rohit's innings on his innings got enormous. In addition to Rohit, Iwen Luis (47) and Suryakumar Yadav (44) were the other batsmen. 

Luis and Suryakumar gave Mumbai a fantastic start and scored 69 for the first wicket in 9.5 overs. Harbhajan struck out Suryakumar for the first blow to Mumbai. Suryakumar faced 34 balls and hit five fours and a six in his innings.

Dwayne Bravo did not let Luis finish the half-century and sent the pavilion to a total of 128. Luis shared a 57-run partnership for the second wicket with Rohit and kept the team on the road to victory. Luis faced 43 balls in his innings and hit three fours and two sixes. 

Rohit got the help of Hardik Pandya (13 not out) and the duo shared 42 runs for the third wicket to give the team a second win in this season. Rohit faced 33 balls in his innings and hit three fours and two sixes. 

Earlier, despite the impressive half-century of Raina and the useful innings of Ambati Rayudu (46), Mumbai restricted Chennai to 169 for five in 20 overs.

It was a time that Chennai would comfortably touch 180 to 190, but in the last four overs, they just scored 38 runs and lost three wickets so that they could not close 200. 

Raina hit six fours and four sixes in 47 balls and remained unbeaten. This is Raina's second half century of the season. 

Mumbai decided to bowl first before winning the toss. Chennai lost their first wicket score of 26 as Shane Watson (12). Watson was caught by Kunal Pandya at the hands of Mayank Marc Day. 

Raina and Rayudu shared 71 runs for the second wicket after Watson was dismissed. CRUNUL kept Rayudu out of the half-century and caught the bone-cutting on total score of 74 and showed the way to pavilion. He made two fours and four sixes in an innings of 35 balls.

After this Raina scored a 46-run partnership with Mahendra Singh Dhoni (26) for the third wicket. Dhoni was dismissed for a total of 143 in 17.1 overs. He hit three fours and a six on 21 balls. Dhoni became a victim of McLagan. McClenaghan was dismissed by Dwayne Bravo (0) in the hands of Marc Day. 

Sam Billings scored three runs. In his form Chennai lost their fifth wicket. 

For Mumbai, McLegan scored two for 26 runs, Krunal got two successes with 32 runs. Hardik Pandya's share came in one wicket.
